About the Role

Samsung E&A Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Hydro Test Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position reports directly to the PMO Group Leader and requires hands-on experience in hydro testing within EPC plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage test packages, monitor testing progress, and handle reinstatement tasks.
• Set up hydro testing systems and coordinate associated flushing and drying operations.
• Assist in prioritizing and scheduling hydro tests to optimize workflow.
• Work closely with pre-commissioning groups and various cross-functional teams, communicating effectively in business-level English.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of piping construction management experience specifically within plant EPC projects.
• Solid background in pressure testing, hydro test execution, and managing test packages.
• Willingness and availability to work at project locations overseas in the Middle East.
