Project Estimator (m/f/d) - Structural and Timber Construction

Role Location and Start Date

Position based in the greater Nuremberg metropolitan area. Starting date is flexible based on individual availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently preparing price calculations and quotations for timber elements and related trades
• Determining manufacturing costs based on specifications, building plans, and service descriptions
• Reviewing tender documents across various trade interfaces
• Obtaining, assessing, and negotiating offers from building materials suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborating closely with work preparation teams, project management, and clients

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, timber construction/technology, or equivalent qualifications such as technician or master craftsman in timber construction
• Proven experience in building cost determination, whether in timber construction, traditional solid construction, prefabrication, or turnkey construction
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of construction phases and interfaces between trades
• Proficient with common construction software and advanced skills in MS Excel
