Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Programs and Partnerships Officer who thrives on turning ideas into tangible results. At Taskwit, projects move quickly, and this role requires someone who takes initiative to execute programs, build partnerships, and generate revenue without waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training programs, workshops, and customized learning sessions ensuring all logistical aspects—like venue sourcing, trainer coordination, registrations, payments, and communications—are flawlessly handled.
• Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with potential partners such as companies, institutions, and communities to expand our reach and support program delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop commercial plans for events, monitor registration targets, analyze performance, and suggest solutions proactively to boost attendance.
• Maintain oversight of budgets, ensuring resource tracking and coordination for smooth program execution.
• Take ownership of participant engagement from initial communication to post-event follow-up to ensure a polished and thoughtful experience.
• Act as a problem solver who brings not only issues but also multiple solutions to the table.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts without losing control.
• Comfortable with negotiation, research, outreach calls, and persistent follow-ups.
