Job Role: Program Manager
We seek a Program Manager to oversee telecom service delivery, ensuring coordination and successful execution across multiple teams and vendors. This role demands a thorough understanding of telecom core network technologies and proficiency in managing complex service delivery projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage telecom service delivery encompassing Mobile Voice, Fixed Voice, Messaging & Signaling, and Data Core domains in multi-vendor environments.
- Coordinate activities among Design, Build, Test, and Operations teams to ensure on-time completion of work.
- Maintain strong knowledge of core telecom network technologies such as IMS, PSTN, EPC, 5G Core, Messaging, and Signaling.
- Plan, track, and coordinate customer requests, service activities, and project outputs effectively.
- Lead customer meetings, service reviews, and provide regular delivery status updates.
- Oversee software upgrades, migrations, new service launches, and scheduled network changes with internal teams and customers.
- Identify delivery risks, monitor dependencies, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain delivery plans, action trackers, service reports, and other project documentation.
- Apply ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities, working closely with customers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
