Role Overview
Join PwC Canada's Proposals Development team dedicated to supporting Government and Public Sector consulting initiatives through precise document preparation and editing. This contract position involves crafting, reviewing, and refining resumes and qualifications summaries to align candidates with project requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the profiling team’s inbox, ensuring timely processing of requests.
- Create polished, error-free resumes and summaries matching candidate skills to mandatory and rated requirement matrices for call-ups or Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Format candidate resumes to highlight relevant experience clearly and strategically, making an immediate strong impact.
- Interpret requirement matrices and seek clarifications when necessary.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to clarify profiling requests.
- Maintain professional communication with Independent Consultants and PwC staff to gather detailed experience information for accurate resume preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Quick learner with eagerness to integrate advanced technology such as process automation, data analytics, and AI into tasks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and DocuSign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and document management skills.
- Adept at simplifying complex requirements into clear, accessible language.
- Open to constructive feedback and adept at incorporating edits efficiently.
- Capable of functioning effectively under high-pressure and deadline-driven settings while managing shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated with sound judgment and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
- Experience in researching, writing, proofreading, formatting, and editing English proposals; familiarity with RFP processes is advantageous.

- This is a full-time contract role lasting two years.
- Salary range spans $45,800 to $76,300 annually, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Variations may apply based on geographic location.
