Key Responsibilities

• Precisely measure, weigh, and dispense bulk raw ingredients for dry powder media formulation, adhering strictly to procedures, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Manually assemble and operate specialized production machinery involved in powder transfer, blending, and milling following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct thorough manual cleaning and sanitization of production equipment and areas using approved agents to maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and contamination prevention standards.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background includes GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma in Manufacturing, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least two years of experience in controlled manufacturing environments, though applicants without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shift patterns.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and equipment up to 25 kg and willing to wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in controlled powder-handling settings.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments, basic English literacy, mathematical skills, and troubleshooting abilities.

Additional Information

This role is located on-site in Tuas, Singapore, reporting directly to the Production Manager and is part of the production team.
