Role Overview: Production Coordinator

We are seeking a Production Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Animation or VFX industry to oversee project progress from initiation to delivery. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and maintaining quality control throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking their progress continuously.
• Facilitate team discussions to address and resolve project challenges.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for project coordination and status updates.
• Bridge communication between team members and management.
• Plan and schedule tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflows.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high project standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Passion for technology and willingness to engage with current tools.

Technical Tools

• Experience with production tracking and management software such as F-Track, Shotgun, Shot-Grid, Google Sheets, and Excel.
