Production Assembly Supervisor

Overview

Fabemon is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Assembly Supervisor to manage the assembly line operations for bathroom fittings at its Bawana, Delhi facility. This role demands leading a team that meets daily production goals while upholding quality, safety, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly line workflows and supervise production activities.
• Effectively assign tasks to assembly operators and helpers.
• Ensure achievement of production targets within scheduled timeframes.
• Monitor the quality of assembled products, aiming to reduce scrap and rework.
• Confirm correct assembly of bathroom fittings and accessories.
• Liaise with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments to streamline processes.
• Keep accurate daily production logs and documentation.
• Train assembly staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper handling of machinery.
• Promote safe use of equipment and enforce workplace safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards.
• Ensure shop floor cleanliness and orderly workspace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Relevant production experience in any industry is considered.
• 1 to 2 years’ supervisory experience within production or assembly environments.
• Preference given to candidates with background in bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, brass fittings, plumbing products, hardware manufacturing, or related sectors.

Additional Information

• Location: Bawana, Delhi-NCR
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on experience, skills, and interview outcome.
• Weekly off days adhere to company policy.
