Role Overview
The Product Manager will oversee a product built on Agile principles, aiming to implement advanced technologies and best practices. This role requires both high-level planning and hands-on involvement to drive product delivery, remove obstacles for the team, and make impactful decisions to cultivate a high-performing, motivated team environment.
Work Arrangement
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 to 4 days per week onsite at client or Cognizant offices in Singapore. The company supports a healthy work-life balance through wellbeing initiatives.
Core Qualifications
- Proactive in enhancing workflows and processes, with a readiness to support team members and promote collaboration.
- Highly motivated and self-initiated learner focused on project-related topics.
- Strong grasp of complete Agile software development lifecycle including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Additional Desired Experience
- Assisting Product Owners especially in backlog grooming and upkeep.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Engineers to plan activities and schedules for product releases.
- Serving as a communication link among various business and technical teams, producing necessary documentation and presentations.
