Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager based in Singapore who will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from initial problem identification through strategy formulation, development, launch, and continuous enhancements to optimize business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to identify and clearly define the problem space.
- Develop detailed proposals to secure necessary resources and funding.
- Establish key performance metrics and implement dashboards to track product success.
- Formulate product hypotheses, strategies, and initiatives aimed at achieving targeted outcomes.
- Create and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, coordinating with teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy product features.
- Analyze results and iteratively improve the product to maximize impact.
- Engage actively with users to promote adoption and provide ongoing support.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing products to achieve substantial business outcomes.
- Educational background in computer science, product management, or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications such as Business Analysis Professional, Scrum Master, or Product Owner are advantageous.
- Experienced in collaborating with design and engineering teams for end-to-end product development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Competent in managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work independently under pressure, effectively prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines.
- Familiarity with software development and project management tools including Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.
Additional Information
This is a contract position based in Singapore, exclusively open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. The contract duration is one year with the possibility of extension. The monthly remuneration for this role is SGD 10,500.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 111 North Bridge Road, #07-30 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098.
