Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven product manager to shape and advance the product strategy and roadmap focused on Business Systems and Monetisation. This broad role involves tackling challenges such as product tiering, upselling approaches, and internal systems that support Billing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing. You'll analyze various strategic paths, conduct in-depth evaluations, and suggest the optimal direction, interacting with multiple cross-functional teams and understanding platform complexities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and clearly articulate the product strategy for Business Systems and Monetisation, weighing product value, competitor insights, commercial objectives, and technical limits.
• Create and prioritize a detailed product roadmap in partnership with UX and Engineering teams, making informed trade-off decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Experience to align product plans.
• Collaborate with data teams to establish and track crucial product and commercial performance indicators.
• Ensure delivery of impactful product outcomes alongside UX and Engineering, focusing on value rather than just output.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Over 5 years in Product Management, including at least 3 years within SaaS environments.
• Preferably 2-3 years specializing in Monetisation, Activation, or Growth product management.
• Ideal background includes 1-2 years managing Business or Internal Systems products.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of understanding complex workflows and diverse use cases.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with comfort using metric tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/Design and Engineering teams to drive product value.
• Demonstrated skill in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI methods a plus.
• Experience with Workforce Management software considered favorable.
