About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager with substantial SaaS experience to join a rapidly expanding scale-up headquartered in Birmingham. This organization is making significant strides as an innovator in their sector, following recent growth and considerable investment. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for critical product initiatives and new feature development, steering the company into its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Gather and analyze insights from customers, users, and internal stakeholders to inform product direction.
- Convert business challenges into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and prioritized tasks.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, UX/UI designers, and commercial teams to build high-quality SaaS solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Leverage data, customer input, and market trends to identify and act on opportunities for product enhancement.
- Set and track success metrics to evaluate the impact of product releases.
- Advocate for a product-led culture within the business during platform scaling.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or software product environment.
- Proven track record managing digital products throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools to support solution design is advantageous.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and confidently challenge technical decisions.
- Strong use of data and customer insights to shape product strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the capacity to influence cross-functional commercial, technical, and leadership teams.
- A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
