About the Role
Become part of a purposeful team committed to advancing respiratory care solutions. The Airvo New Platforms group is looking for a proactive and experienced engineer to contribute to the ongoing progression of our respiratory therapies and technologies, specifically focusing on the Airvo 3 platform and potential new product opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enhancements of the Airvo platform and investigate new avenues to expand the product portfolio.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to fellow engineers, fostering professional growth and a collaborative team environment.
- Prepare and manage medical device design-control documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Offer technical leadership by clarifying complex or uncertain project aspects, delivering clear direction.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from initial concept through to implementation.
- Highly self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations, establishing clarity, and guiding others towards goals.
- Proficient in building effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders, with a collaborative approach to development.
- Holds a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Preferably possesses experience in medical product development or in manufacturing high-quality products.
