• Follow food safety protocols including sanitation, cold chain standards, temperature monitoring, and proper product handling.
• Stock and downstock products as needed, apply product protection measures, and arrange displays such as modulars and shelf caps to keep the department fully supplied.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Be flexible with schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business demands.

Challenges

• Manage high workloads in a fast-paced night environment efficiently while maintaining focus and energy.
• Complete large volumes of restocking and recovery tasks accurately and timely.
• Meet physical demands such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks associated with stocking and organizing products, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Compensation
