About V-Tronik Innovation LLP
V-Tronik Innovation LLP is currently looking to hire a Procurement Manager to strengthen their supply chain operations. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, initially operating from a temporary location in Peenya before moving to Infantry Road near Vidhan Soudha.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute procurement policies and strategies aimed at reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on quality, dependability, cost, ethical practices, and sustainability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous pricing, payment terms, and agreements beneficial to both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement actions with company objectives and fulfill their requirements.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing changes.
- Maintain supplier relationships through regular performance reviews, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitor inventory, analyze demand patterns, and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels avoiding shortages or surplus.
- Introduce procurement systems and tools to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to ensure the best fit based on defined criteria.
- Consistently review and improve procurement processes to identify cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports on procurement metrics, performance, and savings for senior management.
- Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices including support for local suppliers.
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance with procurement laws and standards.
Additional Information and Work Environment
This is a direct hiring opportunity with V-Tronik Innovation LLP; no fees are charged and the position is not contractual. The company operates six days a week with Sunday off, working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The current workplace is in Peenya temporarily for 1 to 2 months, followed by relocation to Infantry Road, Bengaluru. There is also a provision to work from a co-working space in Infantry Road during the transition period.
Benefits and Compensation
The employer provides benefits adhering to labor laws, which include ESIC, PF (if eligible), insurance, bonus, gratuity, paid leaves, yearly increments, travel allowances, and a retention bonus after five years of service. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, ranging between INR 30,000 and INR 50,000 monthly.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

- Experienced professionals with 5 to 10 years in procurement are preferred.
