Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Cum Admin Executive to support procurement and administrative activities primarily in the fire safety domain. The incumbent will manage relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, and vendors, maintain pricing databases, process purchase orders, and oversee logistics including dispatch and export formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with OEMs related to Fire Alarm Systems, Accessories, Fire Fighting Systems, and related products.
- Locate distributors for the required OEM products.
- Maintain and update rate lists at 15-day intervals.
- Generate quotations for submission to sales teams and clients.
- Gather procurement needs from operations and sales teams.
- Prepare comparative analyses offering at least four vendor options per requirement.
- Choose vendors offering high-quality safety equipment and maintain an updated vendor list.
- Organize dispatch logistics as needed, including selecting the best transport or courier services both domestically and internationally.
- Prepare purchase orders, e-way bills, and delivery challans for vendor transactions.
- Handle all export paperwork and compliance procedures.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and dispatch operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or any other graduate degree.
- Prior experience of at least 1 year in the fire safety industry.
