We invite you to join our dynamic team in Riyadh as a Business & Operations/Admin Support Officer, where you will play a vital role in supporting local operations by ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, invoicing, and administrative processes. Your contributions will be key to the success of our projects and reinforcing our regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified suppliers and service providers to fulfill procurement needs.
- Organize and manage RFQs, lead competitive bidding, and analyze quotations for vendor selection.
- Support negotiation processes, vendor onboarding activities, and maintain purchase order preparation and tracking.
- Oversee vendor compliance including maintaining necessary certifications such as ISO, NCA, and Local Content documentation.
- Prepare project timesheets and Work Completion Certificates to support project delivery.
- Manage CRM entries for sales opportunities and provide project managers with administrative and documentation assistance.
- Assist in preparing, verifying, and translating invoices along with supporting documentation; submit invoices through customer portals and follow up on payments and outstanding amounts.
- Handle administrative matters related to customer accounts, including NOMAC coordination.
- Arrange logistics including accommodation, transportation, travel bookings, and issuance of site access permits and operational access needs.
- Manage processes related to employee exit and re-entry visas and liaise with government authorities when necessary.
- Support corporate activities such as organizing company events and providing general administrative aid to facilitate business operations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate professional experience in administration, procurement, logistics, or project support roles.
- Exhibit strong organizational, communication, flexibility, and follow-up abilities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred experience ranges from five to ten years in relevant fields.
