About the Role
Join a vital pharmaceutical manufacturing team dedicated to positively impacting patient lives by ensuring the timely delivery of essential medicines. As a Process Technician, you will be integral to the production process, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute individually to team goals while collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet shared deliverables.
- Manage personal workflow and professional growth with accountability for achieving results.
- Execute assigned tasks that vary in complexity and sequence by strictly following standard operating procedures within stipulated timelines.
- Identify and resolve routine operational challenges efficiently and escalate deviations appropriately.
- Operate both automatic and manual chemical processing equipment across various production stages, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
- Engage in quality and safety investigations, troubleshoot process deviations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Accurately complete all required documentation complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GxP) standards.
- Prepare equipment for maintenance, handle materials including receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging, and liaise across departments to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED coupled with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing protocols.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP (System Application & Products).
- Ability to rigorously follow procedures and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating chemical process equipment.
- Familiarity with cGMP and GxP regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational issues.
- Experience conducting quality and safety incident investigations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding and curiosity regarding AI technologies to enhance productivity.
