Process Operator

Position Overview

This full-time permanent role, based in Wingfield, South Australia, involves managing industrial liquid waste operations during the day shift. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay rate of $34.03 per hour. Employees will receive comprehensive training, uniforms, and personal protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct industrial liquid waste efficiently through designated processing systems.
• Operate and monitor various processing equipment.
• Collect samples of liquids for analysis purposes.
• Load and unload packaged wastes, bulk liquid substances, and oils.
• Transfer liquids from collection containers safely and effectively.
• Perform general labour duties around the site as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid C-class driver's licence is essential.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Prior experience operating machinery in an industrial setting is necessary.
• Knowledge of processing or wastewater treatment facilities is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude are required.
