Process Assistant, IB

About the Role

Amazon prioritizes its customers through data-driven operations, ensuring timely and quality deliveries. The fulfillment centers (FCs) operate with many associates performing manual processes. A key position is the Process Assistant who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by adhering to standard practices while emphasizing safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations effectively.
• Handle administrative tasks related to associates.
• Allocate jobs among associates efficiently.
• Monitor and support associates in improving productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring safety.
• Track count statuses and resolve queue issues.
• Own shift quality and lead related action plans.
• Develop and execute training and development strategies for associates.
• Perform daily 4M and 5S audits at designated workstations.
• Act as Area Manager's stand-in when required.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office tools and applications.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds; stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours; frequently bend, push, pull, squat, and reach.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly with potential overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring.
