Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Print Technician to join our Shepparton team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be essential in providing high-quality print support to our Managed IT and Print customers. Your responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of print devices, and ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer both onsite and remote assistance for print hardware and related software.
  • Perform repairs, installations, and scheduled preventative maintenance on various printing devices.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and dependable support.
  • Complete all tasks in adherence with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and service protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of job activities, update systems, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Proactively identify areas where service delivery and client satisfaction can be enhanced.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Print Technician or similar technical support role.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices.
  • Strong understanding of print-related software and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Exposure to IT systems and environments is highly advantageous.
  • Experience within production printing environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canon printing devices and solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to clarify technical issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing quality outcomes.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Current Blue Card or ability to acquire one, for child-related work compliance.
