Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Preconstruction Manager with a specialization in Electrical engineering to join a leading engineering and construction contractor based in Maynooth, County Kildare, Ireland. This permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from €85,000 to €110,000 annually plus a car allowance.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all preconstruction activities from initial engagement to contract award phases.
- Manage coordination of bid submissions and review technical documentation.
- Support estimating teams with quantifying and preparing accurate cost assessments.
- Develop innovative value engineering solutions to optimize project bids and execution plans.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, consultants, and internal delivery units to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Drive commercial awareness throughout the preconstruction process to meet business objectives.
