Physiotherapist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to provide scientifically backed rehabilitation and movement therapy, aligned with SPARRC’s clinical approach. The role requires guiding patients through their recovery journey with clear communication, empathy, and accuracy.

Initial training will be conducted at our Banjara Hills location in Telangana.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical evaluations to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer manual therapies and prescribe exercises based on evidence-based methods.
• Track patient progress meticulously, maintain thorough records, and liaise with referring healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on correct posture, injury prevention techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with Fitness Advisors and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in educational workshops, awareness initiatives, and community outreach activities organized by SPARRC.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent abilities in patient communication and interaction.
• Be proactive and effective in managing a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience in physiotherapy and sports injury management is preferred, though newly qualified candidates with solid foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Position is full-time and requires working onsite at the Hyderabad location.
• Salary range is ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
