Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Photographer position in Dubai involves comprehensive responsibilities, including planning and conducting photo shoots, managing equipment setup, selecting optimal locations, and liaising with clients and team members. Key duties entail capturing superior quality photographs, adjusting lighting and camera parameters, guiding subjects during sessions, and ensuring a uniform visual style. Additional tasks include reviewing and selecting images, performing fundamental post-production edits, organizing digital files efficiently, and routinely maintaining photographic tools. Collaboration with colleagues and clients to meet project deadlines and uphold creative standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in technical aspects of photography, including mastery of camera functions, lighting arrangements, composition, and exposure control.
• Experienced with photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Skilled in various shooting environments, including studio setups and on-location, covering portraits, events, and commercial or lifestyle photography.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues and to direct subjects respectfully.
• Strong organizational abilities for scheduling shoots, managing image libraries, and adhering to deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail paired with creative sensibility for storytelling, branding alignment, and consistent visual style.
• Capability to work onsite in Dubai, thrive in dynamic settings, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous professional photography experience supported by a relevant portfolio; formal education or certification in photography or related visual arts is advantageous.
