Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Personal Valet to join an exclusive private UHNI household. This role integrates personal valet responsibilities with core butler functions, offering a dynamic position suited to candidates with an established service background who cherish both intimate personal assistance and formal household operations. Applicants with butler experience wishing to expand their responsibilities are highly encouraged to submit their applications.

Key Duties

• Oversee the principal's wardrobe by organizing, packing, and maintaining attire, accessories, and footwear.
• Facilitate daily personal preparation including dressing assistance and grooming coordination as necessary.
• Deliver formal service support encompassing table service, beverage service, and guest/event hosting.
• Liaise with tailors, stylists, and dry cleaning services to ensure wardrobe upkeep and quality.
• Collaborate with household personnel such as housekeeping, chauffeurs, chefs, and security to achieve seamless household management.
• Accompany the principal on domestic and international travels, maintaining consistent service excellence during transit.
• Maintain precise inventories of clothing, accessories, silverware, and personal/household belongings.
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and logistical arrangements related to personal appointments and social events.
• Uphold stringent discretion and confidentiality at all times, ensuring privacy and trust.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Valet, Butler, Personal Assistant, or similar roles within private residences or luxury hospitality environments.
• Proficient in spoken and written English communication.
• Exemplary grooming standards and professional demeanor.
• Available for international travel on short notice as required.
• Ability to provide credible references from previous employers.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience spanning both personal valet functions and formal butler-style services.
• Knowledge of additional languages besides English.
• Possession of a valid passport with visas for key countries such as the US, UK, and Schengen area.
• Background in international household service or luxury hospitality brands is an asset.
