Primary Responsibilities

• Manages employee data for new hires, terminations, and personnel changes via uploads to third-party vendors.
• Inputs data corrections and changes into external client HR or Payroll systems while adhering to legal and contractual requirements.
• Conducts peer audits on data files submitted for processing and rectifies errors found.
• Compiles and submits final payroll reports and bank processing files.
• Handles Tier 2 payroll inquiries from employees within agreed Service Level timelines.
• Supports special project initiatives as needed.
• Loads payroll files into the system and reconciles errors to meet client payroll standards.
• Analyzes payroll tax data across multiple states and performs necessary adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.
• Reconciles payroll processes with general ledger accounts per contracts.
• Performs additional duties as assigned and complies with all company policies.
