About the Role

Vinperk Solutions invites applications for Passenger Coordinators dedicated to delivering a seamless travel experience on Smart Buses. This role centers on ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction during nightly journeys originating from Tirupathi RTC Busstand to prominent cities such as Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet passengers and verify their online ticket bookings against valid government-issued photo identification.
• Provide assistance with onboard amenities including water, WiFi, and enable GPS tracking features.
• Promote return trip bookings by distributing app-based promotional codes to passengers, earning incentives.
• Gather passenger reviews, ratings, and feedback post-journey to facilitate continuous service improvements.
• Encourage and aid in the purchase of spot tickets at boarding sites with incentives.
• Coordinate nightly shifts involving approximately 6 hours of travel each way, ensuring service quality throughout.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 months experience in customer-facing roles across industries such as hospitality, customer service, sales, travel, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in Telugu and basic English communication skills.
• Educational qualifications ranging from ITI, Diploma, Intermediate level, to any degree or postgraduate degree.
• Age between 19 and 32 years, with a preference for candidates not requiring leave for studies.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Tirupathi as necessary.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Night shift schedule with buses departing between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
• Six working days per week with one weekday off (Monday to Friday).
• Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are normal working days.
• Free dinner provided for journeys commencing between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM at quality dining establishments; for trips starting after 10:00 PM, personal arrangements for dinner are needed.
• Compensation ranges from ₹17,000 for freshers to between ₹18,000 and ₹21,000 for experienced personnel.
• Additional perks include incentives, coverage under 10 lakh insurance policy, GPS support, and internet access onboard.

Additional Information

The position involves handling passenger interactions strictly—there are no responsibilities related to driving or cleaning.
