Job description
Position Overview
Duraco Laminated Solutions invites applications for both full-time and part-time Parts Sorting/Inspector roles based in Brockway, PA. Positions require availability Monday through Friday across all shifts with flexible scheduling options. Overtime is unlimited for those interested. Initial pay starts at $12.50 per hour with a pay increase after a 90-day probation period. The company provides paid mandatory breaks, allowing employees to work 36.25 hours while receiving payment for 40 hours. Additionally, a company-matched IRA becomes available after one year of employment.
Work Environment
The workspace is climate controlled to ensure comfort year-round, including air conditioning during warmer months and heating in the colder periods. Comfortable seating is provided to support workers during their shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of powdered metal components for defects such as cracks, chips, rust, discoloration, and other surface irregularities.
- Handle products with minimal lifting requirements; no lifting over 30 pounds is expected.
