About the Role
Join the Infinity Holidays team as a vital link between Infinity and agency partners to foster sales expansion. This dynamic position integrates relationship management, training facilitation, sales promotion, and customer service while representing Infinity at key industry gatherings.
- Expand sales by advocating Infinity Holidays products and services within agency networks.
- Conduct engaging system and product training, including onboarding and webinars.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with agency partners, suppliers, and essential stakeholders.
- Act as Infinity's representative at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Offer daily support, resolve product or customer concerns, and facilitate training across the business.
- Leverage Salesforce, reports, and market intelligence to uncover growth opportunities and boost business performance.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years' experience within travel retail, wholesale, or akin travel sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of travel agency workflows and supplier ecosystems.
- Proficient in using Helio, Salesforce, and cruise booking platforms.
- Confident and effective communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Organized with excellent skills in planning, managing time, and solving problems.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and skilled in using reports to enhance sales results.
- Self-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a high-paced setting.
- Adaptable, flexible, and passionate about empowering travel partners to thrive.
