Packing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking diligent and hardworking Packaging Assistants to join our Surat-based team. The role involves carefully packing products in line with company standards, ensuring quality, and aiding warehouse and dispatch activities.

Key Duties

• Safely and accurately pack products adhering to company guidelines.
• Label, seal, and prepare items for shipment.
• Inspect product quality prior to packaging.
• Manage packing materials and keep the work area organized.
• Support inventory tasks including loading and unloading as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety within the packaging zone.
• Follow production timetables and accomplish set packaging goals.
• Report any damaged products or packaging issues to supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both freshers and those with experience.
• Basic knowledge of packaging and warehouse processes is preferred.
• Physically capable of performing manual handling duties.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and follow instructions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 13,000 to 16,000 INR.
