Job Overview

As an Overnight Maintenance Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2152 located in Albany, NY, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store environment. This includes duties across the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and throughout the store to ensure a positive customer impression from arrival to departure.

Compensation

• The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with the exact rate being at least the minimum wage required for the location.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be applied based on variables such as work schedule, facility, season, and specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met.
