Over-the-Counter Associate

Position Overview

The Over-the-Counter Associate plays a key role in assisting customers while ensuring the OTC department is well-organized and maintained. This role involves following directives from the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, presenting merchandise effectively, and delivering outstanding customer service consistent with the organization's core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect patient confidentiality strictly adhering to Privacy Act regulations.
• Boost department sales and profitability under guidance from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Conduct stock rotation and monitor product expiration dates.
• Organize and zone the department to maintain an appealing merchandise setup.
• Follow established procedures related to ordering, clearance, price adjustments, and labeling.
• Maintain a neat and clean environment free of clutter, unnecessary fixtures, and spills.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing with zero errors as per the Scanning Credibility standards.
• Calibrate equipment utilized in filling prescriptions.

Additional Details

The base hourly wage for this position starts at $17.75.
