• Familiarity with leadership growth, succession readiness, performance evaluation, and workforce planning strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to decode organizational and workforce data.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage projects strategically and think critically about organizational needs.
• Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, commercial awareness, and dedication to ongoing enhancement of organizational processes.
