Job description
Role Overview
The Organization Development Assistant Manager plays a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency through support in designing organizational structures, job frameworks, compensation strategies, employee engagement, and overall HR transformation efforts. This position demands strong analytical ability, self-driven work ethic, and proficiency in collaborating with varied teams to provide strategic HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with initiatives relating to organizational design and development.
- Manage activities connected to job architecture and organizational structural adjustments.
- Support total rewards programs by conducting salary comparisons, compensation assessments, and market data analysis.
- Participate in culture and employee engagement programs, including analyzing survey results, planning actions, and following up.
- Oversee HR projects, engage stakeholders, and produce professional-quality presentations and reports.
- Utilize data analytics, HR policies, and structural knowledge to address business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve effective organizational development outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
- Experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design, or similar HR functions.
- Familiarity with Performance Management is highly favorable for ensuring business continuity and providing backup support.
- Experience working with compensation benchmarking tools like Korn Ferry, Mercer, or comparable platforms is highly valued.
- Knowledge of employee engagement survey platforms such as Gallup or Great Place to Work is advantageous.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module is considered a significant plus.
