Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead with over 10 years of expertise, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires someone proficient in all technical aspects of Oracle EBS R12, including designing solutions, customizing applications, integrating systems, tuning performance, and leading technical efforts throughout project phases. The role involves close collaboration with functional teams, business stakeholders, and development groups to ensure delivery of superior technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire technical stream during Oracle EBS R12 implementations and enhancements.
- Create and design technical solutions for Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources Management, depending on project requirements.
- Develop and review RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows, and Forms) components including reports, interfaces, conversions, workflows, forms, Oracle Application Framework objects, and BI Publisher artifacts.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and quality control activities applying Oracle's coding standards.
- Support strategies for data conversion including mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation of data.
- Manage deployment methods for migrating data between environments.
- Coordinate and execute unit and system integration testing efforts.
- Communicate effectively within integrated project teams to align technical objectives and project deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years working on Oracle EBS implementation and support projects focusing on core technical modules.
- Technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Personalization, BI Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework.
- Proven leadership in managing technical streams within Oracle EBS R12 projects.
- Strong experience in designing and developing RICEFW components.
- Expertise in data conversion processes and environment deployments.
- Ability to perform code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
