Oracle EBS Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle EBS Consultant to join our dynamic IT and Software Development team. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and functional expertise to lead important projects that support our fundamental business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business needs across Oracle EBS modules.
• Design and implement Oracle EBS solutions that effectively align with business workflows and adhere to industry standards.
• Customize and develop Oracle EBS components using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow to match business specifications.
• Perform extensive testing of configurations and customizations to assure quality, stability, and optimal system performance.
• Deliver expert-level functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HEMS, resolving issues promptly.
• Lead training sessions for users and create thorough technical and functional manuals for end-user empowerment.
• Engage in system maintenance activities such as upgrades, patching, and enhancements to minimize downtime and maximize business impact.
• Assist with data migration planning and execution related to HEMS data.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficient knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management.
• Skilled in gathering business requirements and drafting detailed functional specifications.
• Experienced with Oracle configuration tools including Fast Formula, Workflow, APIs, and application integrations.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience in Oracle EBS implementation and ongoing support projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in techno-functional roles specific to Oracle EBS HRMS.

Work Location

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring valid Iqama for working onsite.
