Job Summary

As a Vision Associate within the eye care department, you will assist customers by verifying prescription details, guiding their eyewear purchases, and processing lens and frame orders. Specific duties may vary depending on state-specific regulations and licensing requirements.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges between $26.50 and $34.50, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements of the job location.
• Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium payments from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour could be awarded depending on schedule, different facilities, seasons, or particular work performed, with multiple premiums possibly stacking.

Work Schedule and Location

• Positions available for full-time and part-time employment.
• Available shifts include Opening and Morning shifts.
• Worksite located at Walmart Supercenter #3659, 501 Signal Mountain Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37405, USA.
