Role Overview

The Operations Officer Security position is a full-time, onsite role located in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. This role involves managing daily security operations including allocation of security posts, supervising guard performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and client specifications. Duties comprise conducting site inspections, compiling operational reports, coordinating incident response measures, and maintaining detailed records of security deployments and shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign security posts and monitor performance of guards on duty.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on operational activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with clients to assess security requirements and enhance service delivery.
• Support training initiatives and briefings for security personnel to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with management in resource planning, budgeting, and controlling operational costs.
• Implement improvements in procedures and risk mitigation strategies for continued service enhancement.
