About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager based in Telangana with over six years of expertise in below-the-line (BTL) activations, operations management, and client servicing. The role demands full-time commitment and focuses on delivering impactful brand experiences through efficient project handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Sourcing and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Overseeing the complete execution cycle of BTL activations including branding events and roadshows.
- Handling manpower allocation, logistics, and comprehensive project management tasks.
- Ensuring quality control and guaranteeing on-time delivery of projects.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in BTL activations, branding initiatives, roadshows, and event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at project coordination.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet delivery timelines.
