Wakefield Hospital, located in Newtown, Wellington, is the largest private hospital in Wellington and part of the Evolution Healthcare group. With the launch of a new state-of-the-art facility, the hospital is poised for significant growth and transformation.

Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team. This pivotal and visible position entails overseeing various operational departments including the Specialist Centre, Reception and Administration, Housekeeping, and Support Services. As the second-in-command to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the hospital’s performance, fostering a culture of accountability, and inspiring team excellence.
