Role Overview
Flutter UK & Ireland is recruiting two Operations Executives for their Rafflee team. Rafflee is a newly launched raffle competition platform in the UK that enables customers to win exciting prizes while supporting impactful causes. As a part of Flutter but operating independently, Rafflee maintains agility while benefiting from Flutter’s scale, resources, and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day customer service operations for Rafflee.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and questions through email and social media.
- Notify prize winners via phone and email.
- Collaborate with prize fulfillment teams and vendors to ensure prompt prize delivery.
- Manage prize and competition information on the website, including ticket pricing, descriptions, terms and conditions, and images.
- Ensure competitions adhere to scheduled start and end dates as per the competition planner.
- Issue physical tickets by post to competition participants.
- Contribute ideas and assist in content creation for social media channels.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with operating in a fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environment.
