Role Overview

The position of Operational Specialist is a full-time role based on-site in Visakhapatnam. The role involves managing daily operational activities by overseeing process performance, identifying areas for improvements, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to implement enhancements. Duties include supporting planning and execution of operational and sales functions, monitoring key performance indicators, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, operational leaders, and sales teams to align operations with business goals and client expectations.
• Assist in planning and managing sales-related activities supporting commercial objectives.
• Track and report on KPIs and operational metrics regularly.
• Engage proactively in continuous improvement projects within operations.
• Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting data and assessing process performance.

• Sales operation knowledge with an understanding of customer requirements.

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aviation, or related domains is advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity software; familiarity with ERP or operational management platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
