Operation Executive

Role Summary

As an Operation Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end shipping and order fulfillment processes for eCommerce platforms. Your duties include managing shipping labels, verifying customer order information, coordinating with warehouse and courier partners, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Duties

• Generate and print shipping labels from multiple eCommerce platforms such as Shiprocket, Ekart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees.
• Ensure accuracy of customer order details including names, contact numbers, addresses, and product specifics.
• Validate shipping charges by comparing package weights with courier partner rate cards.
• Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to guarantee correct packaging and timely shipment of orders.
• Update the system with current order statuses and tracking information.
• Manage daily operational tasks related to eCommerce order processing and fulfillment activities.
• Communicate efficiently with courier partners to resolve pickup, delivery, or shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed logs and generate reports reflecting shipping performance and associated costs.
• Ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLA) and company operating standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail to verify order information accurately.
• Good coordination skills to work with internal and external teams.
• Experience handling eCommerce shipping platforms or courier management is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain logs and generate insightful operational reports.
