Operation Executive

Role Overview

The position of Operation Executive involves diligent monitoring and summarising of media content across multiple languages to support the company's media tracking efforts.

Primary Duties

• Systematically review newspapers published in Hindi, Gujarati, and English for news concerning the organization's operations and offerings.
• Identify and extract relevant news stories and articles linked to company activities and products.
• Comprehend and digest complex media content in all three languages to produce precise summaries.
• Digitally scan physical newspaper clippings and maintain an organised archive for easy retrieval by team members while ensuring secure storage.
• Generate and submit regular analytical reports summarizing tracked, synthesized, and scanned material to relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, including strong reading, writing, and verbal comprehension skills.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret and condense detailed content accurately.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Competent with basic computer operation including scanning technologies and related software utilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and the capacity to work autonomously.

Additional Terms

Applicants must be prepared to commit to a mandatory one-year service agreement at the time of hiring.
