Operation Assistant

About the Role

We seek a mature, reliable, and organized professional to support the daily functions of our real estate advisory and fine art insurance services. This position is ideal for an individual who values consistency, communicates effectively, and is eager to grow and assume responsibility as needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and general office coordination tasks
• Engaging regularly with clients, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting documentation processes including quotations, invoicing, and correspondence
• Handling basic accounting duties such as tracking expenses, payments, and bookkeeping
• Liaising with clients, insurance companies, property developers, vendors, and business partners
• Maintaining renewal timelines, databases, and diligent follow-up systems
• Providing necessary administrative and operational assistance as required

Candidate Profile

• Responsible, dependable, and mature in approach to work
• Proficient in spoken and written English communication
• Basic understanding of accounting and familiarity with Excel spreadsheet software
• Comfortable working with computers, email platforms, and office productivity suites like MS Office or Google Workspace
• Organized with strong attention to detail and effective follow-up capabilities
• Professional demeanor in client interactions
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
• Previous work experience preferred but specific industry experience is not required

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary Range: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 monthly, based on experience and suitability
