About the Role
As an Online Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, you will be entrusted with overseeing the complete leadership of your department, fostering a connected, flexible, and high-performing team dedicated to delivering excellent service to customers and communities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate department operations, ensuring your team efficiently meets picking demands and consistently delivers accurate orders on time.
- Create and nurture an engaging, inclusive team environment that encourages authenticity and drives a high-quality shopping experience.
- Collaborate closely with the store leadership team and team members to maintain excellent customer service standards and a positive workplace.
- Model customer engagement behaviors by practicing Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care, and Thank customers.
- Prioritize safety by enforcing correct procedures for both team members and customers within the store environment.

Work Environment and Flexibility
The position follows a roster from Tuesday to Sunday, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring adequate rest on Mondays. Woolworths values flexibility to help balance your personal and professional life and is open to discussing arrangements that suit individual needs.
