Position Overview
Join a reputable organisation as an Onboarding Coordinator based in Burswood on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves managing the entire mobilisation process, ensuring new hires progress seamlessly from contract signing to their commencement on site. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment, requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of candidates under strict deadlines. You will have the autonomy to manage your workload within a supportive team, alongside the benefit of some flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidates from contract acceptance through to mobilisation readiness
- Coordinate and track onboarding steps to keep candidates on schedule
- Issue and monitor completion of site inductions to meet all requirements
- Proactively follow up on pending actions and quickly resolve any hold-ups
- Maintain precise and current candidate information within the PageUp system
- Utilise client systems like INX to oversee mobilisation tasks
- Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the process
- Regularly report progress and keep all stakeholders informed
- Identify potential issues early in the mobilisation process and act to resolve them
- Ensure candidates meet compliance criteria and are fully prepared before their start date
- Assist the wider team with additional onboarding and mobilisation duties as needed
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years experience in onboarding, mobilisation, or a related field
- Essential background in FIFO mobilisation processes
- Proficient in managing large-scale onboarding processes
- Exceptional organisational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and capacity to take ownership
- Highly desirable to have experience with INX systems
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like PageUp is advantageous
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Team-oriented yet able to work autonomously
- Possession of long-term Australian work rights is mandatory
