Overview

As an Office Based Account Manager, you will play an essential role in managing and expanding relationships within the Network & Bulk customer segment, enhancing customer value, and supporting sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop a portfolio of Network & Bulk customers by qualifying inbound leads and actively engaging with assigned customers and prospects to discover new sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain robust customer relationships through proactive communication, regular account reviews, and prompt support to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and harness opportunities to increase customer wallet share, grow customer sites, and reinforce retention strategies.
- Prepare sales proposals, pricing inquiries, and documentation while keeping customer activities and opportunities accurately updated in CRM platforms.
- Partner closely with the Sales team and Sales Support Manager to mobilize sales efforts, revive inactive accounts, and facilitate daily sales operations.
- Utilize proven sales techniques, targeted promotions, and compelling offers to reactivate dormant clients, expand current accounts, and attract new business.
- Apply established value propositions and sales methodologies to drive customer growth.
- Develop skills and experience for potential advancement into field sales roles within IOR.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or business development emphasizing customer engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly on the telephone, with the capability to connect effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional organizational skill and meticulous attention to detail to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office for managing customer data, sales processes, and reporting.
- A proactive approach with a customer-centric attitude, commercial insight, and problem-solving abilities that contribute to sales growth.
