This role is for a Recruitment Partner located in Ambattur, Chennai, requiring a minimum of 6 months experience in staffing recruitment. The position offers a monthly in-hand salary ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 and mandates working from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from vacancy identification to candidate placement.
- Proactively sourcing candidates aligned with client job descriptions through diverse channels including job portals, headhunting, employee referrals, job fairs, and social media platforms.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews by working closely with both candidates and clients.
- Maintaining communication by following up with candidates on interview status, selection outcomes, document submission, and joining formalities.
