Job description
Role Overview
As a Night Crew Stocker, you play a vital role behind the scenes ensuring our store is well-stocked, clean, and inviting for customers. Your duties include organizing and replenishing merchandise shelves using various approved equipment such as box cutters, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Occasionally, you may have the chance to assist as a cashier or checker, broadening your skill set.
Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
- Maintain well-stocked, neat, and brightly lit shelves throughout the night shift
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively to restock merchandise
- Occasionally perform cashier or checker duties to support store operations
- Contribute to creating an excellent shopping environment for customers through attention to detail
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Understand and appreciate the central role food plays in daily life
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, active setting
- Meticulous and take pride in delivering quality work regardless of task size
- Adaptable to working in various settings including freezer, refrigerator, and sales floor environments
